I cut my fringe!!
the 'bangs style' , my sis says.

deardear says it looks very very cute, but personally, i think it looks abit strange.
i don look like me.

so on saturday when i go teach, i wore contacts instead, cos the specs would make me a nerd with this fringe.
To my embarrassment and surprise, 2 mothers complimented me, saying i look pretty!!

i think they meant me not wearing specs ba..
can't be my hairstyle right?

cos my sis was like saying:"So gross!"
and my mum:"very unsuitable".

only deardear was singing praises abt my fringe.
and my students should find it okay too, since most kids their age has the same fringe cut.

went back to popular to return uniform..

such a weird feeling, im not part of the company anymore..

colleagues asking:''shu ning, u not working anymore le ar?"

i shake my head mutely..

i'll always miss my department, multimedia and cd-rama department..

but seriously, i don really like working there..
i was always afraid of doing the wrong things, afraid of getting scoldings, but the more i tried to do things correctly, the more i make mistakes...

or rather, i know i make a mistake, but i dono how to correct it, and afraid to ask..

im glad i clear things up though before i left..

to a job that suit me better, my niche..

i'll miss ALL my friends there!!

anw, went to bugis street with deardear after that, was telling hin that the "shops in the pasar malam like streets" are too messy and confusing for my liking, i don't understand how my sis can shop there, and i definitely won't buy anything there..

but yet i bought 2 tops..haha..

and so dear repeated what i just said to me..thinking im contradicting..hahas..

on the way home for dinner after that..dear wants to buy donuts but i pulled him away, disallowing him to buy..

and he's like:"y u don't let me buy?!"

well cos i feel there's no point since we are already on the way home for dinner..

but he says he jus hav the craving for a small bite..

i dono wad to respond to that..

maybe cos im not a food-craver myself, i don see his point..haha..

went to jurong swimming complex..

it was damn cool! we went to the lazy pool first..had lots of laughs and fun!! rented the float for only $2. I had difficulty 'sitting' on the round float in the pool, i dono why, but my hands were too weak to push my full body weight to sit on it..
so it was dear who had to practically shoved me up on the float..

the lazy pool it's like a short tunnel, only 0.8m, and there are sprinkles on top, or heavy waterfall..its the current that keeps us going through the different parts of the tunnel..

went to the jacuzzi too..dear seems to enjoy the 'massage' by the waterjet, but i think its painful..(haha, mom says that was cos i only have bones, and no flesh..)

went to play the slide too!! Gosh, the slide was real high up!! have to climb several flight of stairs to reach the slide..dear was instructed to have a go first by an auntie in charge, to demonstrate to me..and only after awhile i was allowed to go..
"Swoosh!!" it was so fast!!! i was tilting left and right in the slide, at such a fast speed..i almost can't take it anymore..
just when i felt that i am going to have an heart attack, "splash!", i was out of the slide, in the pool again..

What a scary experience..
the slide was considered to be the shortest already though..

went to KFC thereafter..
eat 2 piece chicken meal..so full! sick of the taste of chicken..we agreed that we will not eat it again this month..haha..

went to starbucks later to slack...

feeling very bored..so here's something i wanna share..
i'm currently waiting for 'breaking dawn',for those who dono, its the last book of the twillight series..i'm the 91st customer reserving the book at north point popular..( of cos i've reserved the book at amk pop too..just wanting to see which stores will have the book sooner..)
saw the hardcover version in kinokuniya, but it cost $38‭+..that's too much i'm willing to pay..so i'll just have to wait for the paperback version to arrive..

i'm still having hols..right now its as if i couldn't have another chance to study..moe still hasn't give me any reply of whether i'm shortlisted for the most recent application.. maybe i should consider working full time in cristofori?

my favourite hp game is now tower
blox! haha.. i've actually played 10 hours accumulatively on the hp..

i taught continuously from 930 to 715 today, with only a lunch break of 5min..i can't imagine i only spent 5 min eating a bowl of noodles!

most of my students are having sore throat.. they must be eating too many new year goodies..haha..
its so cute..hearing 'deep' voices coming out of their little throats..:)
